Oasis Patio Rules and Procedures

Although the Oasis Playground may not be reserved, it is possible to reserve the Oasis Patio.

Patio Rules

• Open Dawn to Dusk
• Renters and Guests use the Patio at Their Own Risk
• Tables and Benches Must Be Wiped Off After Use
• Nothing May Be Stapled / Taped to Tables, Benches, or Fence
• All Trash Must Be Placed in Provided Containers or Taken Home with Renter
• The Following Items Are Prohibited: Confetti, Chalk, Permanent Markers/Pens, Glitter, Glue and/or Silly String
• No Alcohol or Smoking
• No Fires / No Grilling on Tables
• No Graffiti
• No Skateboards, Scooters, or Roller Skates on Patio

Security Deposit Refund

A full refund of the Security Deposit will occur within one week of the reservation. This refund assumes that the patio has not been damaged and has been properly cleaned per the rental agreement.

Cancelation Refunds

Cancellations with two (2) calendar days or more notice receive a full refund (minus the 4% credit card processing fee). Cancellations with less than two (2) calendar days’ notice receive only the security deposit – if applicable.
